Some external digital services used at UiO allow for visual adjustments, such as custom color palettes or CSS modifications.
Customisations of this kind often require significant resources, both for development and ongoing maintenance. They may also create a misleading impression that the service is part of UiO's own system portfolio.
We therefore recommend that customisations of external services be limited to including UiO's logo (name and seal) where the service allows it. This is sufficient to clearly indicate the sender's identity.
Applications developed at UiO must use the current application design.
