The NORHED programme is managed by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, Norad. The NORHED partnership model supports cooperation between higher education institutions in Norway and in the Global South, and the programme supports a number of different capacity building activities. In NORHED II the projects are coordinated by?Norwegian universities.
