Procedure
- Fixed-term academic staff employed in at least a 50% position, or in a temporary position as Professor II, have the right to vote in this election, and thus also the right to propose candidates.
- One representative and two deputy representatives are to be elected.
- Each candidate must be supported by at least one nominator. It is possible to nominate yourself.
- The representative is elected to the University Board for the period 1 August, 2026 to 31 July, 2027.
- The Election Committee must have received the candidate nominations no later than Monday 13 April at 10:00. The deadline for nominations has now passed.

The election opens Tuesday, 26 May at 8:00. More information will become available closer to the date.
