Section for Estate Management

Section for Estate Management ensures that UiO's spaces are used in the most area-efficient manner, manages the lease portfolio, ensures that tenants receive suitable spaces for their needs. The section is also responsible for the purchase and sale of property, as well as space and property data with its associated databases and archives.
