The apartment is on the 1st floor (i.e. above the ground floor) and was completely renovated in 2010.? It has two good bedrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen. One bedroom can be used as an office, or as an office and bedroom.? The rental period is basically January 15 to July 15, but somewhat flexible.? The apartment is furnished, including all the kitchen equipment you need. One bedroom has a bed measuring 200 X 160 cm, the other a bed measuring 200 X 90 cm. Some furniture can be removed if desired.? The apartment faces a popular park, Torshovparken, and has a very nice and green backyard with many seating areas. Torshov is a pleasant neighborhood in quiet surroundings, combined with a short distance to the city center. In the vicinity there are cafés, restaurants and neighborhood bars, as well as several parks and playgrounds. Within walking distance there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, flower shops, a bookstore and other shops services.? Public transport is very good, with frequent buses and trams, plus the airport shuttle bus. The apartment has electric heating.? Electricity is not included in the rent. Internet by cable is included. There is tv (Samsung 46") in the apartment, and cable tv subscription can ordered (not included in rent).? Use of washing machine and dryer the laundry room is included in the rent. It is easy accessible, two floors down, and often available.
