Very bright and cozy, fully furnished and ready-to-move-in apartment to let in Oslo at Nordstrand. The apartment is on the ground floor of a house with a common garden and terrace, it was completely renovated in 2024. A bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment at L?ren is available for rent for approximately one year, from 01.08.26 to 01.07.27, with possible flexibility.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor and feels light and airy. There is little noise from neighbors or traffic. It is an apartment with windows and balconies on both sides of the building. By using both balconies, you have sunshine throughout the entire day.

The apartment is centrally located at L?ren, with short distances to Sinsen, Storo, ?kern, Carl Berner, Gr¨¹nerl?kka, etc. It is only a 15¨C20 minute commute to the UiO Blindern campus by metro. You can also bike to UiO campus in 20 minutes.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large, combined living room and kitchen area of more than 40 square meters. The overall standard is good, as the building was completed in 2018.

The apartment is furnished. Rent includes heating, water, and internet. Electricity is partially included; the landlord covers electricity costs up to NOK 500 per month. Our average electricity cost has been approximately NOK 400¨C500 per month.
