A free, interactive individual development plan tool. You can use the tool to explore a range of career options, complete exercises to assess your skills, and set strategic goals for the coming year with optional reminders to keep you on track.

A digital tool for exploring and planning careers in the humanities and social sciences for PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers.

ResearchComp

ResearchComp focuses particularly on researchers’ transferable/generic skills. The tool can help you clarify how your competencies can be transferred to other sectors and industries. It is especially relevant for researchers looking to work outside of Norway.
