As an employee at UiO you can choose from a wide range of options.
Our own events
You may participate in regular events organized by KVU such as the Christmas tree party, 17 May Celebration, Annual Party or Advent Concert. We also arrange ad hoc events, for example a concert with Nils Bech in the University Aula. All our events are announced on our cultural offers page.
External cultural offers
We have also negotiated good discount agreements with other cultural institutions such as the National Theatre, Oslo Nye Teater, Det norske teateret, Char Noir, Oslo Concert Hall and many more. We continuously work to secure new attractive offers for you as a University employee. All current discounted events are announced on the external cultural offers page.
Support from KVU
If you, as an employee, wish to organize something addressed to a larger group of colleagues, you may apply for funding for this.
