Mandate for the UiO:Life Science board

UiO:Life Science is responsible for implementing the Strategy for UiO:Life Science 2025–2029 and should plan its activities based on the strategy's overall perspectives within the four established focus areas: research, education, innovation, and culture building by:

  • initiate and support excellent interdisciplinary research projects and other research-related initiatives
  • facilitate interdisciplinary education at all levels
  • contribute to the utilization of knowledge as new products and services in society
  • promote awareness of life science in society and foster an inviting, inclusive, and development-oriented culture within the field of life science.
