Digital Signage ¨C Create and Schedule Channel

Create a New Channel

1. Select Channels ¡ú + New
2. Name: Enter building + function, e.g. HF Library ¨C General
3. Type: Audiovisual
4. Click Select Frameset ¡ú choose a template (e.g. Fullscreen 1920¡Á1080) ¡ú Create

Scheduling

1. Open the channel ¡ú View Schedule
2. Click New ¡ú Change playlist and select the playlist
3. Set the date and time. For example, create day and night schedules:
   • 06:00¨C22:00 Day
   • 22:00¨C06:00 Night
4. Save. Remove old entries before adding new ones

Best Practice

• Provide a descriptive overview of the channel for other administrators
• Review every six months: remove playlists that are no longer in use
