Note: it may take up to half an hour before you can log in with your new password.
How to change your password
If you have Norwegian ID-porten
- Go to TSD Selfservice.
- Select Password under Your Personal Data.
- Click ID-porten and log in.
- Select a project from the list shown and click Choose project.
- If you are part of multiple projects, it does not matter which one you choose in this step. Note that the password you set will apply to all the projects you are part of.
- Enter the new password in the field. The password must follow the password criteria at UiO.
- Click Set password.
If you do not have Norwegian ID-porten
You must first receive a reset link and a passphrase (secret) from the administrator. The administrator follows a separate procedure for creating the reset link.
- Open the link you received from the administrator.
- Enter the passphrase in the field and click Verify secret.
- Enter the new password in the field. The password must follow the password criteria at UiO.
Click Set password.
