L?ST: Digitale karakterutskrifter - forsinkelser

Saken ble l?st 11. juli ca. kl. 14. Man kan igjen bestille digitale karakterutskrifter i Studentweb. Karakterutskrifter som ble bestilt i Studentweb i problemperioden har n? blitt  produsert, og studentene finner dem i dokumentarkivet sitt.

Signeringstjenesten for digitale karakterutskrifter fra b?de Studentweb og Vitnem?lsportalen var nede fra ca. kl. 12 fredag 6. juli og fram til ca. kl. 10 mandag 9. juli. Signeringstjenesten skal n? fungere som normalt, noe som gj?r at nye bestillinger via Vitnem?lsportalen blir gjennomf?rt. Det er imidlertid fortsatt problemer med produksjonen av digitale karakterutskrifter bestilt via Studentweb. Bestillingene blir registrert, men ikke produsert. Unit jobber med ? l?se problemet. Unit oppdaterer driftsmeldingen sin s? snart feilen er rettet.

Case resolved July 11th approximately 14:00. It is now possible to order digital transcripts in Studentweb. Transcripts that were ordered in Studentweb in the period Friday, July 6 at 12:00 to Monday, July 9 at approximately 10:00, have now been produced, and students can find them in their document archive.

Unfortunately there have been some technical difficulties with the program that produces digital transcripts, therefore this program was temporarily down for maintenance in both Studentweb and the Diploma Registry from Friday, July 6 at 12:00 to Monday, July 9 at approximately 10:00. There are still problems with the production of digital transcripts ordered in Studentweb - transcript orders are registered but not processed. The developers are working on fixing this. The Diploma Registry is functioning normally again, so students can share their results from The Diploma Registry, even though digital transcripts in Studentweb is not yet functioning normally.
