Studying for the exam

Studying for the exam involves a good mix of reading Spaces and solving problems, such as the weekly exercises or earlier exam problems.

To get the most out of solving problems, don't fall for the temptation to look at the solution before you have made a solid attempt at solving the problem. If you didn't manage to solve a problem, read up on that topic in Spaces and/or your lecture notes, and try to solve some simpler problems on the same topic.

Relevant exam problems

You can find (almost) all earlier exam problems in MAT2400 in this folder. The major difference between this year's syllabus (and last year's) and previous years is that measure theory has replaced Fourier series.
