LaTex kurs januar 2026

Are you a bachelor's student in mathematics? Have you learned LaTeX yet? LaTeX is the standard typesetting program for mathematics, a tool you will be using A LOT in your mathematical career, from writing assignments and theses, to presentations and research articles, and everything in between!

If you are interested in getting a head start right before the new semester, then join us for an introductory course in LaTeX/Overleaf for math students on Friday 16 January 2026 from 15:00 to 17:00, location somewhere in Niels Henrik Abels hus or Vilhelm Bjerknes' hus (room depends on enrolment numbers).

The course is held by The Science Library and suitable for beginners in LaTeX (and Overleaf). You will learn to write mathematical equations, place figures, find and use templates, make references, and other tips and tricks for developing your skills further. The course will be in English.
