The duration and which buildings are affected will be assessed continuously in collaboration with the faculties.?

UiO has a good and effective alarm system that quickly detects smoke, providing a short notification and response time. The Security Operation Centre is staffed 24/7, and there are additional security guards on duty.
We kindly remind everyone to follow the fire safety instructions. When the fire alarm sounds, everyone must exit the buildings. Escape routes must also remain clear at all times.
