Change language
It is recommended to have RT in English, as the Norwegian version is not well translated. Additionally, the guides use the English terms in RT.?
- Start by navigating to About me?in settings:?

- Go to the field to change the language and set it to your preferred language.

- Click on Save settings at the bottom right of the page when you are done.
Add signature
Your signature will automatically appear every time you respond to a ticket in RT. You can choose whether to include or remove it when replying to a ticket.?
- Start by navigating to?About me in settings:?

- Enter your desired signature in the Signature field:

- Click on Save settings at the bottom right of the page when you are done.
Change color in RT
- Navigate to Settings:?

- Change color under Theme:?

- Click on Save changes at the bottom right of the page when you are done.
