Lab exercise (Doppler)

BRING A MEMORY STICK TO THE LAB!

In this module exercise, you will visit the DSB lab (room 4368, 4th floor Call Erik if you cannot find the way or enter from the elevator) and use the clinical scanner to complete the tasks for this module. We give each group of three to four students a slot of 45 minutes.

Please send an e-mail to Erik (e.j.roset@fys.uio.no) with your preferred time slot.

The exam dates for IN3015/IN4015 will be Thursday the 4th and Friday the 5th of December.

Notice that you will, during the group lectures next week, have the option to go the lab and record you own dataset on the Verasonics Research scanner that you can use in the exercise. Erik will assist you in this recording.

I have now merged inn a newly compiled .mex file for Apple silicon processors. This should solve the issue with the .mex files for Apple silicon. Thanks to Sebastian Koranda for providing the fix and the code.

You should be able to install MATLAB through registering with your UiO email here: https://se.mathworks.com/academia/tah-portal/university-of-oslo-30885740.html

To "install" the USTB you need to clone the repository at https://bitbucket.org/ustb/ustb plase be sure that you are using the "develop" branch in the repository.
