DSTrain programme fully underway with postdoc workshop
The second cohort of DSTrain postdoctoral fellows gathered in Oslo for a two-day workshop focused on data science methodology and applications in the natural sciences. The workshop marks an important milestone: all DSTrain postdoctoral positions are now filled, and the programme is fully underway.

The postdocs delivered a series of short presentations, demonstrating the breadth of research within DSTrain. The programme also included sessions on open science, data sharing, and interdisciplinary research.
The workshop took place on 23–24 March at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Oslo.
Such workshops are central to DSTrain’s approach, combining academic development with community building across disciplines. With all fellows now in place, the programme moves into its next phase.
